Gwyneth Jepson Wellbeing practitioner Qualified Kundalini yoga teacher, Yoga therapist,Shakti dance teacher and Gong practitioner. Completed specialised training in Yoga for cancer with Yoga alliance.

Gwyneth has been working with a London based yoga charity helping to support vulnerable people in the community for a number of years. Over the last two years she has been instrumental in setting up a project work with those affected by cancer.

Her own journey with Cancer began in 1997 when diagnosed with breast Cancer. She co-founded a theatre company to raise awareness of living with cancer and the company performed an educational package throughout the country, working in hospice, hospitals, schools and local communities.

In February 2025 Gwyneth completed a Dance in Cancer Care Introductory Training Programme. The program is led by Move Dance Feel, a community interest company providing dance to women living with and beyond cancer, including those caring for someone with cancer . Gwyneth continues to be mentored by Move Dance Feel founder Emily Jenkins. Using this together with her experience of yoga and meditation she has devised a programme specifically for those living with cancer and beyond. Integrated within this class is deep relaxation to Gong, Crystal bowls and other instruments helping the body to calm the nervous system and provide a sense of calm.

Gwyneth works in an integrative way, calmly and intuitively facilitating the group to help achieve a sense of wellbeing.

Experience has shown her the importance of the body mind connection and how important it is on a cancer journey to be able to calm the mind. Her skills and expertise will guide you through a gentle workshop of movement, meditation and Gong bath
