ALCS Breast Cancer  Support Group – Lymphodema with Sue Urquhart Scar and soft tissue therapist

Sue will discuss the lymphatic system, how it works and how it can fail.

Then she will demonstrate and teach some Selfcare Manual Lymphatic drainage techniques for the arm and chest.

These techniques are often more effective if performed by a partner/friend.

If you would like to bring someone, they are very welcome but please do let us know.

This Support group is open to those who are within 5 years of treatment from Breast Cancer.  To discuss a variety of topics covering side effects and life after treatment.
