Fermented food workshop

We are delighted to announce the details for our next fermented food workshop. The feedback was brilliant after the 2019 ones, when Tiffany taught us about dairy kefir, water kefir and sauerkraut.  The next one will be focusing on kombucha fermented food. The benefits are well reported across the medical press now although this style of food has been used in many of cultures for 1000’s of years. More information can be seen on Tiffany’s website

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions relating to previous workshops.

Numbers are limited so please do let me know if you would like to attend
There is no cost to this event, as it is funded by the charity but donations are always appreciated.

It will be held at the Lyme Regis Football Club.
