Breast Cancer can happen at a younger age

I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer at 31  in 2016 and underwent 9 months of intensive treatment.  In 2024 I was diagnosed with Secondary Breast Cancer in my bones and ovaries. I am undergoing treatment.

Axminster and Lyme cancer support was set up in 2018 which was much needed in the local area and I could not wait to volunteer, give back and support people like myself, who understood what its like.  I have been able to put things in place to help support my wellbeing, undertaking EMDR counselling, 8 weeks of hypnotherapy, a daily gratitude list and movement with walking, tripudio and yoga.
