Annual General Meeting

The Trustees held their Annual General Meeting last Friday at which they were joined by members of the team. Our first item was the appointment of Hannah as a Trustee, which Georgia, Kath, Yvonne and I were delighted to approve. Hannah has been part of ALCS since the beginning, and we look forward to her contribution to our discussions and decision making. It was agreed that I would become Chair of the Trustees until our next AGM and that Kath would fill the newly created role of Vice-Chair.  Mary, Kevin and Kate each gave reports and we received the accounts for 2024/25. The meeting closed with sincere thanks from the Trustees to everyone who makes ALCS the charity it is and without whom the needs of our clients would not be met. David

Dawn Bailey Dip. ASK –  Kinesiology & Energy Healing Practitioner

What is Systematic Kinesiology? Systematic Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic therapy that uses simple muscle testing to identify imbalances within the body.

It works with the body’s energy systems, combining techniques from chiropractic, nutrition, acupressure, and counselling to help restore balance on all levels — physical, emotional, chemical, and energetic.

By listening to the body’s responses through muscle testing, we can uncover what it needs to regain harmony, vitality, and wellbeing.
