The Resource and Restore course is for women who may be feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed and are looking for holistic ways to restore their well-being.

You may be feeling  on edge, physically tense, unable to fall asleep or stay asleep,  constantly worrying, or feeling agitated, this course is may be of benefit. Through a variety of embodied practices, you will gain resources that can help improve sleep, alleviate anxiety and depression, regulate the nervous system to help you slow down and rebalance, and support you in feeling healthier and happier.

During the course, we’ll dive deeper into the function of the vagus nerve and the integral role it plays in the autonomic nervous system. We’ll explore ways to regulate, understand, and befriend it for optimum well-being. By cultivating personal resources in our daily lives, we can restore more efficiently and gently shift from surviving to thriving more often.

The sessions will draw on my experience teaching therapeutic yoga, mindfulness meditation, nervous system regulation, and embodiment practices. My approach is trauma-informed, and I’ll help you discover healthy ways to move and embrace your body, breathe more effectively, access your body’s healing potential, and ultimately reconnect with yourself so you can begin prioritising your well-being and find more joy every day.
