Cold Water Swim Course with Chill 1/8

Group Cold Water Swimming with Chill.

The course will run on the following dates – Tuesday 9.30am Lyme Regis Seafront on 9th/16th/23rd/30th June, 7th/14th/21st/28th July.

The benefit of cold water immersion for the treatment of depression and anxiety has long been known and practiced.
