Cold Water Swim Course with Chill 8/8

Group Cold Water Swimming with Chill.

The course will run on the following dates – Monday 2.30pm Lyme Regis Seafront on 7th/14th/21th/28th October 4th/11th/18th/25th November

The benefit of cold water immersion for the treatment of depression and anxiety has long been known and practiced.
