Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support Summer Draw

1. Organiser
   1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support, a registered charity (UK1182035) dedicated to providing support for anyone affected by cancer. The prize draw is conducted under the regulations of the Gambling Act 2005, with East Devon District Council (EDDC) license number SL0370.

2. Eligibility

   2.1 The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over. 2.2 Employees and trustees of Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support, along with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the draw.

3. Entry Requirements
   3.1 Entry to the prize draw is by purchasing a ticket. Each ticket costs £5.
   3.2 Participants can enter by purchasing tickets available on our website.
   3.3 Only one entry per ticket is allowed. Participants may purchase multiple tickets.
   3.4 Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on September 3rd, 2024. Entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.

4. Prizes
   4.1 The prizes for the draw are:
   – First Prize: A one-week holiday at Fernbank Cottage, to be taken by end March 2025
   – Second Prize: A Brompton bike.
   – Third Prize: A day at the ALCS Beach Hut in Lyme Regis, to be taken by end 2025.
   4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
   4.3 The specific dates for the Fernbank Cottage holiday and the Beach Hut day are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance with the organisers.
   4.4 Fernbank Cottage must be booked directly with the owners. Rules associated with the use of Fernbank Cottage are as per the Airbnb website. Full information will be provided to the winner.
   4.5 The Brompton bike will be available for collection from ALCS, Cross Keys House, Axminster.

5. Draw Date and Winner Selection
   5.1 The prize draw will take place at the Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support Open Day and Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 4th, 2024.

   5.2 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
   5.3 The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

6. Winner Notification
   6.1 Winners will be announced at the Open Day and AGM on September 4th, 2024.
   6.2 Winners will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form within 7 days of the draw date.
   6.3 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant drawn at random.

7. Publicity
   7.1 By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the prize draw, without additional compensation.

8. Data Protection
   8.1 Any personal data collected during the course of this prize draw will be processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s prior consent.

9. Liability
   9.1 Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained by the prize winners during the use of Fernbank Cottage, the Brompton bike, or the ALCS Beach Hut.
   9.2 The winners of the Fernbank Cottage or Beach Hut prize are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay and will be held liable for any costs incurred as a result.

10. General
    10.1 Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice.
    10.2 The decision of Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    10.3 The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
